My tenants discovered a water leak, and I started calling around to find someone to handle the water damage.

Semper Dry was not the cheapest of the three quotes I received. What ultimately sold me was how their inspector interacted with my tenants and the overwhelmingly positive feedback they gave me after the initial inspection.

Semper Dry understood the unique situation we were in, with me being overseas, and treated my tenants as if they were speaking directly to the homeowner. They answered every question, explained the process, and offered helpful insights into what needed to happen next. My tenants had nothing but good things to say about that first interaction.

The quote came back quickly, and after weighing my options, I decided that the professionalism, communication, and interpersonal skills were worth the slightly higher price. I’m glad I made that decision.

The work was performed exactly as advertised. They even left their drying equipment on-site for an additional day to ensure everything was completely dry rather than rushing to finish the job.

The affected areas were cleaned up, photos were provided to document the work, and everything is now ready for the reconstruction phase.

As an overseas landlord, I rely heavily on good communication and trustworthy contractors. Semper Dry delivered on both. More importantly, my tenants had nothing but positive things to say about the entire experience.
